T&Cs apply as follows ;

Prices do not include £75 cleaners fee for Surf's Up, £80 cleaner's fee for Sunsets & Whispering Waves (includes laundering towels)..

All bookings during Peak Season are Saturday to Saturday (Surf's Up in Perranporth) or Friday to Friday (Sunsets and Whispering Waves, Porthtowan).

During Off Peak bookings of minimum 2/3 nights may be requested.

A 30% non-refundable deposit is payable at the time of bookings, the remainder due 6 weeks prior to arrival. 

Payment to be made via direct bank transfer or online card payment.

Reservation deposits are non-refundable unless dates can be re-let, in which case the deposit will be refunded less any difference in the rental fee from the replacement booking and a £20 admin fee. 

Cancellations less than 6 weeks prior to the arrival date result in the loss of the full holiday cost, again unless the dates can be re-let, and again,  less any difference and a £20 admin fee.  It is therefore recommended that travel insurance is taken out at time of booking to avoid such an eventuality.
